OULA; easy to follow, motivating hour of high cardio exercise for people of all abilities. But OULA is not just an exercise class, it is an experience where you are free to let it all out and dance free of judgment. Our focus is on "how you feel" rather than "how you look." You will experience the freedom of a non-judgmental environment and community, rather than the competition and comparison felt in some other fitness formats. OULA is dance mania for your SOUL!!!
Adult Group Partnership Dance; learn various styles of dance; Salsa, Rumba, Two Step, Swing, Disco, Waltz, Fox Trot, etc. Group privates or individual classes are available for special events.

Acro Level 1 - Saturdays 2:00pm-2:45pm (beginner level class)
Acro Level 2 - Saturdays 2:45pm-3:30pm (must be able to demonstrate a back bend, cartwheel, handstand, backward rolls, forward rolls, and bridges)
Acro Level 3 - Saturdays 3:30pm-4:30pm (must be able to complete kickovers, handstand bridges, handstand forward roll, shoulder rolls, one arm cartwheels, round off)
Acro Level 4 - Saturdays 4:30pm-6:00pm (Advanced Level)
Allowing students to create their own story through their movement. Enhancing their creativity and self expression by combining many style of dance such as jazz, ballet, modern, and hip hop.
Improving a dancers strength, agility, flexibility, and balance. Allowing students to become more aware of their posture, poise and body awareness.
A jazz-based class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions.
Students will be learning about traditional African movement and culture. Dancers can expect to explore their creativity and freedom while discovering how to use their body as a musical instrument.
HIP-HOP / STREET
Improving rhythm, personal style and articulation through dance. Learning popular hip hop combinations.
Awakening the imagination, emotion, and intellect of the student actor by making him/her aware of the transforming power and universality of theatre and the skills required to achieve excellence in performance.
This class will be focused on using levels as well as pairing skills from ballet class with traditional jazz technique. Dancers can expect an upbeat high energy class while increasing strength and musicality.

Make your voice sound more powerful, use vocal technique to expand your range and expression, and learn to become more confident in vocal performances.
Ballet/Tap - Flesh colored tights and any color leotard. Pink ballet shoes & tan tap shoes.
Jazz - Any color tights and leotards, jazz pants, dance shorts or capris, tan/black jazz shoes.
Hip Hop - Any comfortable clothing with clean tennis shoes (no street shoes and no jeans).
Boys - Sweatpants, shorts, t-shirts allowed. Black tap shoes and tennis shoes for Hip Hop.
Ballet/Tap - Flesh colored tights and black leotard. Pink ballet shoes & tan tap shoes. Hair in a bun.
Dress code for elective classes are flexible.
